Can't sign up for meet and greets!

Could someone help me? I'm trying to sign up for the Knoxville, TN meet and greets request. However, I keep getting a "denied" after I click it. I wasn't sure if my membership has expired, but I don't see where it does expire, only how long I've been a member.

There used to be a place to email or call the fan club team for problems or questions. Where can I email to see if my membership is accurate? I don't know any other reason I would be denied to request a meet and greet.
